Thank you for ordering from us. This page outlines key details about our shipping process, delivery windows, and international shipping rules.
Shipping Fees
United States
- Complimentary standard shipping on orders of $49.99 USD or higher
- Orders under $49.99 USD will have a flat shipping charge of $10 USD
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout using the order subtotal before taxes and discounts, unless stated otherwise.
International Orders
- Complimentary standard shipping on orders of $99 USD or higher
- Orders under $99 USD will have a flat shipping charge of $15 USD

Order Processing Window
Orders are handled in the same sequence that they are received.
- Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- During busy periods, launches, promotions, or temporary inventory restocks, processing may take longer.
- In uncommon cases, processing can take up to 21 business days before the order ships.
After your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Delivery Times by Area
United States & Canada
- Estimated delivery time: 3-10 business days after shipment
- We deliver to all U.S. states and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
- Delivery timing can vary because of carrier delays, destination, weather, or peak shipping seasons.
International Orders
- Estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days after shipment
- Remote or rural destinations may require additional delivery time.
- Customs handling times differ by country and are not within our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other destination-country fees.
These fees are:
- Set by your local customs office
- Not included in your order total
- The customer’s responsibility
We are not liable for delays related to customs clearance.
Country-Specific Requirements & Restrictions
Because of local import laws, customs procedures, and carrier policies, some products or destinations may have extra requirements or limitations.
Turkey
- Beauty tools may ship through selected shipping channels.
- Topical / cosmetic products cannot currently be shipped to Turkey because of local import regulations.
Mexico
- Beauty tools are currently blocked from import by Mexican customs.
- Orders that include beauty tools for Mexico cannot be completed.
Brazil
- Customs duties and import taxes are often significant.
- Packages are commonly retained for customs inspection.
- Buyers must provide a valid CPF (Brazilian tax ID number) for customs clearance. Orders cannot be processed or delivered without this information.
Chile
- Customs duties may be high, and packages may go through inspection or experience delays.
United Arab Emirates (UAE), Hong Kong (China), Israel, and South Africa
- A valid and accurate phone number is needed for customs clearance and carrier delivery.
- Orders may be delayed or cancelled when the correct phone number is not supplied.
South Korea
- Buyers must provide:
- A valid personal ID number, as required by Korean customs
- Their complete Korean name
- This information must match official identification and stay consistent across all shipping paperwork.
Middle East Counties: UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan
Due to the ongoing conflict in the region, shipments to these locations are temporarily unavailable until further notice.
Small or Remote Countries
For smaller, remote, or developing markets:
- Delivery times may exceed the standard estimates listed above.
- Customs procedures can differ and create extra delays.
- The chance of package delays, extended inspections, or loss may be higher than in larger developed markets.
We are not responsible for customs clearance delays, rejected shipments caused by missing documentation, or additional import fees charged by local authorities.
If required details, such as tax ID numbers or phone numbers, are not provided on time, orders may be delayed, returned, or cancelled.
We suggest contacting our support team before placing an order if you are unsure about shipping availability or documentation requirements for your country.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information.
Shipping delays most often happen because of incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or lost due to address mistakes entered at checkout.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Shipping Protection (Optional)
At checkout, you may be able to add Shipping Protection to your order through our third-party partner, Onward Group, Inc. Shipping Protection covers loss, theft, or damage in transit for protected orders, including international shipments. If you add Shipping Protection and your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, you can submit a claim directly through Onward’s self-service claims portal. Instructions will be emailed after your order ships. Shipping Protection is optional and is provided by Onward, not by Renewa Skin. Coverage terms, claim eligibility, and resolution processes are set by Onward. Renewa Skin is not responsible for claim results. If you do not add Shipping Protection at checkout, Renewa Skin’s standard policy applies: once a carrier confirms a package as delivered, we are not responsible for loss or theft. For packages lost in transit and not delivered, please contact us at tryrenewaskin@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier on your behalf.
Shipping Delays
Although we aim to deliver within the estimated timelines above, delivery dates are only estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier issues
- Weather disruptions
- Customs clearance delays
- High seasonal demand
- Force majeure events
Order Changes & Cancellations
After an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to edit or cancel it. Please reach out as soon as possible if changes are needed.
