1. Our Promise Around Satisfaction
Renewa Skin supports the quality and workmanship of its skincare items and beauty devices. When you are not satisfied with an order, we provide resolution options under this Policy. Customers should follow all usage and care directions so each product can be evaluated fairly.
2. 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Eligible non-subscription purchases are covered by a 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, according to the terms below. Customers may request a return, exchange, or refund within 100 days from the delivery date if they are unhappy with the purchase. Every request is reviewed for eligibility, product-specific conditions, and approval.
Refunds are provided only once the returned item has been received and inspected, and they may exclude shipping, handling, or other non-refundable charges where the law allows.
Key clarifications:
- The 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not automatically mean a full cash refund. Refunds for beauty tools follow the tool-specific refund terms in Section 4.
- Subscription orders are not eligible for the 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
- For optimal evaluation, we suggest consistent use for at least three months before judging results. Results can differ based on skin type, age, and how often the product is used.
3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns must receive approval in advance. To begin a return, exchange, or warranty claim, customers must contact our Customer Care Team first and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Returns sent without a valid RMA number will be rejected automatically and will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
- After an RMA is issued, the product must be shipped back within 7 days of approval. Returns shipped outside that period may be refused.
- The RMA number must be clearly shown on the outside of the return package.
Note: This requirement helps protect both customers and our team by keeping returns tracked, documented, and processed efficiently.
4. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You may qualify for a return, exchange, or refund when all of these conditions are met:
- You contact Renewa Skin within 100 days after delivery
- You provide valid proof of purchase, including order number, email address, and purchaser name
- You receive a valid RMA number before sending any item back
Beauty Tools
To review concerns about beauty tools, Renewa Skin may ask for photo or video documentation showing the reported issue, and in certain cases a short video demonstrating how the tool is being used, so proper use can be confirmed.
Beauty tools must be returned in good working condition with all original accessories to qualify for a return, exchange, or refund. See Section 5 for the meaning of good working condition.
Serums, Creams, Micro-Infusion Products and Consumables
Because of health and safety rules, serums, creams, micro-infusion products, and other consumable products are non-returnable. If a customer is dissatisfied, Renewa Skin may, at its discretion, offer a replacement or alternate product without requiring the original item to be returned.
Promotional Bundle Purchases
When a purchase was made as part of a promotional bundle, such as buy one, get one free or multi-product sets, every item included in that promotion must be returned together to be eligible for a refund. Partial returns of promotional bundles are not accepted, and any free gifts kept by the customer will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Return and Refund Policy - Beauty Tools
Exchanges
Eligible beauty tools may be exchanged for another item of equal or lower value within 100 days of delivery, depending on availability and approval.
Refunds
If a refund is preferred, you may receive 75% of the original purchase price for the beauty tool. Since Renewa Skin beauty tools are personal-use electronic products that must be inspected, sanitized, tested, and refurbished after opening, approved refunds for beauty tools are issued at 75% of the original purchase price.
Refunds are subject to approval after the return process is completed.
Refunds do not include original shipping fees, taxes, duties, or customs charges where applicable, unless required by law.
The 75% refund rate applies only to non-defective returns. If your beauty tool is defective or arrived damaged, see Section 7 (Damaged or Defective Products), which controls those situations and provides for replacement or full refund where applicable.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of $10.00 will be subtracted from the refund in any of these situations:
- The return is missing original accessories, packaging, or documents
- The return arrives without a valid RMA number
- The returned item is not the same product described in the return request
Note: Our Customer Care Team can confirm the exact restocking fee that applies to your return before you send the item back.
Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Orders - Afterpay
Orders placed with Buy Now, Pay Later services (Afterpay) qualify for store credit only. Cash refunds are not available for this type of order. Store credit issued by Renewa Skin does not cancel or change your existing installment responsibilities with Afterpay. Customers must contact Afterpay directly to manage, pause, or dispute any remaining installment payments after a return.
Returns Process
To begin a return, customers must:
- Contact Renewa Skin within 100 days of delivery
- Receive a valid RMA number from our Customer Care Team
- Ship the product back within 7 days of RMA approval and provide proof of shipping to our team
- Place the RMA number on the outside of the return package
Unauthorized returns, meaning returns received without a valid RMA number, may not be accepted.
Proof of Shipment
Proof of shipment is required for all returns and must include a valid tracking number and shipping receipt. Renewa Skin is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
Condition of Returned Beauty Tools - Definition of Good Working Condition
A beauty tool is considered to be in good working condition when it powers on, operates as intended, and has not been damaged through misuse, accidents, liquid exposure, unauthorized changes, or use outside the provided instructions.
Beauty tools showing misuse, intentional damage, or unauthorized repair may be considered ineligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by a verified defect or a fulfillment error by Renewa Skin.
Inspection & Processing
Every returned beauty tool is inspected after receipt. Refunds or exchanges are processed only after inspection and approval. Processing times may vary.
Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 7–15 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider. BNPL orders will be refunded as store credit.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 59 minutes after they are placed.
After that window, orders move into our fulfillment queue and cancellation can no longer be guaranteed. If you need to cancel after 59 minutes, contact our Customer Care Team as quickly as possible. We will try to stop the shipment if fulfillment has not begun, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order is processing. Orders already fulfilled may still qualify for return or exchange under the 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, subject to the applicable terms.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact Renewa Skin within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

Note: Warranty periods are counted from the original purchase date and are not restarted or extended by replacement devices.
Customers with lifetime warranty coverage may qualify for multiple replacements.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered-Not-Received Packages
Shipping Protection Purchased
Customers who purchased shipping protection or a protection-covered plan at checkout and whose package is lost or stolen will receive a replacement.
No Shipping Protection - Delivered-Not-Received
If the carrier marks your order as delivered but you did not receive it, we will provide a one-time free replacement if these steps are followed:
- First, check your mailbox, all secure delivery areas, and ask neighbors if they accepted the package for you.
- If it is still missing, wait 48 hours, since carriers may occasionally mark packages delivered before final drop-off.
Please note: refunds are not available for orders marked delivered by the carrier. Only one free replacement will be issued per order. This does not affect any rights you may have to dispute a charge with your payment provider or credit card issuer. Customers who did not purchase protection coverage remain responsible for contacting their local carrier to open an investigation.
Note: Once a package is marked delivered, Renewa Skin is not responsible for theft unless shipping protection was purchased.
9. Onward Satisfaction Guarantee (Optional Add-On)
At checkout, you may have the option to add Onward Checkout+, a group of optional post-purchase services provided by Onward Group, Inc. If you selected Onward Checkout+ at checkout, your order may include one or more of these coverages:
Shipping Protection - covers loss, theft, or damage during transit
90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee - provides coverage for dissatisfied purchases up to 90 days from delivery, subject to Onward’s terms
CashBack Credits - discount credits that can be applied to future purchases
Free Return Shipping - return shipping cost coverage where applicable
Onward Checkout+ services are provided by Onward, not Renewa Skin, and are governed by Onward’s own terms and conditions. To file a claim or request help for a covered Onward service, use the self-service claims portal in your Onward confirmation email or visit useonward.com. The Onward 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is separate from, and does not replace, Renewa Skin’s 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Customers who purchased Onward Checkout+ may have access to both, subject to the terms and eligibility rules of each program.
10. Exchanges
Renewa Skin is dedicated to helping customers choose products that fit their skincare goals. Customers requesting an exchange will receive support in selecting an appropriate alternative. Exchanges depend on product availability, eligibility review, and the terms of this Policy.
11. Lifetime Warranty (Selected Beauty Tools Only)
Renewa Skin offers an optional Lifetime Warranty for select beauty tools as a one-time purchase at checkout. This warranty is separate from and does not replace the 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee or this Return & Refund Policy.
What the Lifetime Warranty Covers
The Lifetime Warranty covers functional defects and damage caused by normal, intended use of the beauty tool for the product’s lifetime. At its discretion, Renewa Skin may repair the beauty tool or replace it with the same or a comparable model.
What the Lifetime Warranty Does Not Cover
- Lost or stolen beauty tools
- Damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents, including drops or liquid exposure
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Cosmetic wear that does not impact function
- Damage from use outside the provided instructions
- Consumables and accessories, unless explicitly stated
- Warranty Claims Process
To submit a Lifetime Warranty claim, customers must:
- Provide proof of purchase and proof of Lifetime Warranty purchase
- Submit photos or videos showing the issue
- Return the beauty tool for inspection if requested
- Pay any warranty-claim shipping costs where applicable unless otherwise required by law
Additional notes:
- The Lifetime Warranty is non-refundable and non-transferable
- Replacement under warranty does not restart or extend coverage
- Cosmetic replacements may vary in color or finish depending on availability
12. How to Start a Return, Exchange, or Request Assistance

- Order number
- Full name and the email address used at checkout
- A short description of the issue or request
- Supporting photos or videos when applicable
13. Refund Process & Timing
After a returned product is received and inspected, Renewa Skin will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. BNPL orders (Afterpay) will receive store credit.
Please allow 7-15 business days after refund approval for funds to appear in your account. Processing time may vary by bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not arrived after the standard processing period:
- Check your bank account or payment method again
- Contact your credit card company, as posting times can vary
- Contact your bank, since extra processing time may be needed

14. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that apply. Delays caused by customs processing are outside Renewa Skin’s control.
15. Abuse and Fraud Prevention
Renewa Skin reserves the right to limit, deny, or void returns, refunds, exchanges, or warranty claims when abuse, fraud, or inconsistent documentation is suspected.
Patterns that may be reviewed include, without limitation:
- Frequent returns or exchanges within short periods
- Evidence that a product was used and then returned
- Returned items that do not match the product listed in the return request
- Multiple accounts tied to the same address or payment method showing similar patterns
- Inconsistent or conflicting documentation across several requests
If we determine that activity amounts to abuse or fraud, we may deactivate the associated account and any linked accounts after investigation and notice to the customer. If you believe a decision was made in error, contact our Customer Care Team to discuss it.
16. Policy Changes
Renewa Skin may update or change this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will apply to purchases made after the updated policy is posted on our website. Continued use of our products means acceptance of the current policy.
